The internal reporting office enables employees and service providers of the Lanfer Group to report violations of regulations relating to the protection of life, limb, health or the protection of the rights of employees or their representative bodies, as well as violations of legal provisions that may be subject to penalties or fines, by telephone or in writing in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

For processing and queries arising from the report, we require your name, your function and a means of contact. For example, a telephone number, e-mail address or postal address. This is the only way we can confirm receipt of the report within seven days and guarantee that it will be processed.
We cannot guarantee that anonymous reports will be processed.
